Character, Charisma, Competition
Character, Charisma, Competition
Ravenswood Youth Soccer Club (RYSC) is a competitive soccer club in the Bay Area. RYSC gives advanced skilled players an opportunity to compete at the highest level of youth soccer in the California Youth Soccer Association (CYSA).
The goal of RYSC is to give the youth of E. Palo Alto and eastern Menlo Park, the same opportunities of youth playing in neighboring soccer clubs, by keeping participation more affordable. Players do not have to reside in these cities to participate on our teams, however, the majority of players are residents of the Ravenswood community.
RYSC is part of Ravenswood Youth Athletic Association (RYAA) and operates as a non-profit branch with all of the organization’s leaders, coaches, and team assistants donating their time as volunteers.
RYSC, as a member of Redwood Junior Soccer League and Coast and Bay league, plays in games competing against teams from local soccer clubs throughout the Peninsula. Our teams participate in soccer tournaments outside of the Bay Area, for this reason our teams are considered “traveling teams.”
