RYSC Coaches and assistant coaches are historically parents of soccer players. Because RYSC is a volunteer based organization, our coaches give of their time generously facilitating practices, attending games, club meetings, and coach development classes.

RYSC coaches are required to complete CYSA Coaching Courses to obtain licenses and also complete courses in Positive Coaching.

RYSC Coaches and team assistants are role models for our youth.
